About Us

Joel Choi

Hello! My name is Joel Choi and I am currently a junior at Leigh High School. I am planning on majoring in biology or chemistry on a pre-dental track. During my free time, I love to work out, play trombone, hang out with friends, explore the outdoors, and give back to my community. I volunteer at the local library and take interest in virtually everything tech, from building computers to coding. I also currently shadow a couple of dentists in my area. On the flip side, I love to play and listen to jazz!

David Son

Hi my name is David Son from Salinas High School. I am currently a senior who is planning on majoring in biology on a pre-dental track. Located in Monterey County, I not only dedicate time to expand PrintableSmiles outside the Bay Area and across California, but to also give back to communities in order to improve the experience of maintaining oral hygiene. I’ve had experience in the healthcare field, interning at an orthodontic practice, taking on a role as a dental hygienist. During my free time, I enjoy playing basketball, playing violin, and exploring nature.

Aryan Mohanty

Hi my name is Aryan Mohanty: junior at Leigh High School. My intended major in college is Mechanical Engineering – shown by my activities constructing AI agents for startups all over the U.S. and in the UAE. I’m also passionate in my research on the impact soft robotics and machine learning has on facilitating the cleaning of the ocean from trash. I also help lead the competitive build team in my school’s robotics club creating several motors and mechanical tools to meet the prompt of the FTC. Outside of school and my work-oriented extracurriculars, I enjoy playing the saxophone in bands and recording and making music on my own.

Aidan Lim

Hi, I am Aidan Lim, a current junior at Leigh High School. I plan on majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering. At school, I am part of my robotics club, where I’ve helped and led the planning and construction of our machine to compete in the FTC competition. Similarly, I’ve also constructed a few robotic projects at summer programs, such as a robotic arm and dog. I also play competitive club soccer at AFC and teach younger children the fundamentals and techniques of the game. I also love giving back to my community, working with CSF, NHS, and local schools to help out those in need.
